About the role
The Local Host is hiring a creative, organized and results-driven Marketing Executive in Beirut, on site, to help grow its brand and promote its apartments and serviced residences.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage social media calendars, content creation and community engagement.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for the properties.
- Support email marketing, paid advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support business goals.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate or lifestyle.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Hands-on experience with social media, email marketing and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite and marketing analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
