Marketing Executive

About the role

Med Surg Solutions is seeking a Marketing Executive to support impactful marketing initiatives and strengthen the positioning of innovative healthcare solutions across the region. The role will coordinate marketing activities, support campaigns and events, and ensure seamless collaboration between Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and other internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans, product launches, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and execute workshops, congresses, speaker programs, patient awareness campaigns, and other marketing events, handling logistics, materials, speakers, venues, and on‑site support.
• Manage the creation and updating of marketing and scientific materials such as product presentations, brochures, training materials, clinical content, and digital promotional tools while ensuring brand compliance.
• Partner with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Management, and other internal teams to provide marketing tools, product information, clinical content, launch support, and market insights, and to collect and consolidate customer and HCP feedback.
• Monitor marketing activities, budgets, and campaign performance; coordinate sales and market analysis; track ROI and spending; and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
