Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

Ralee is an interior design studio looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to amplify its brand across digital and media channels. The role blends content creation, paid social advertising, and public relations to showcase Ralee’s projects and design narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Produce eye‑catching visual and written content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns, handling targeting, retargeting and scaling.
• Write press releases, pitch story ideas and nurture relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Coordinate podcasts, interviews and speaking engagements to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and adjust strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate design concepts into compelling marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of current design and social media trends.
• Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience in PR, media outreach and podcast production.
• Creative thinker who balances imagination with data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and comfortable experimenting with bold ideas.
