Logistics Manager – Mobile Staff Pool

About the role

MSF is seeking a Logistics Manager to join its Mobile Staff Pool. The role involves planning, coordinating and monitoring logistics activities for humanitarian projects in various countries, ensuring that medical teams have the resources they need to operate safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project or Logistics Coordinator in defining and following up logistics activities.
• Oversee construction, transport of goods and staff, communications, water and sanitation, vehicle and equipment management.
• Implement and monitor water, health and sanitation (WHS) activities.
• Maintain an appropriate supply chain, including ordering, insurance, and vehicle contracts.
• Manage administrative logistics tasks such as office space setup, lodging facilities, and equipment installation.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (English also required for internal communication).
• Minimum two years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain or related fields.
• Willingness to work abroad for 6‑12 month missions in challenging environments.
• Strong motivation, flexibility and resilience.
