Line Manager – Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics & Orthopedics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Line Manager to lead our Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics and Orthopedics business unit. The role combines strategic planning, sales leadership and partnership development to drive growth across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet sales and market share targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate the field force, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance, set KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure field execution excellence and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales management, preferably within Endocrinology, Pediatrics or Orthopedics.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
• Strong business acumen with analytical, communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Results‑driven attitude with the capacity to lead high‑performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
