Field Manager – Cardiology Line

About the role

New Larys Pharm is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead its Cardiology Line team across Lebanon. The role involves driving sales growth, coaching a team of medical representatives, and building strong relationships with cardiology professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate cardiology medical representatives.
• Develop and implement field strategies to meet sales and business targets.
• Monitor daily activities, doctor visits, and territory coverage.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with cardiologists, physicians, hospitals, and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable feedback to management.
• Identify training needs and support professional development of the team.
• Monitor competitors and deliver market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in cardiology.
• Previous supervisory or field‑management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Lebanese pharmaceutical market and healthcare sector.
• Target‑oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driving license and own car.
• Willingness to travel across Lebanon.
