Lifestyle Manager

About the role

The Lifestyle Manager will support Quintessentially Lebanon’s most valuable private and corporate members by delivering seamless, high‑touch services that turn everyday requests into memorable experiences. Working closely with a global network of specialists, you will act as the primary point of contact for members seeking assistance with travel, dining, entertainment, and exclusive events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone and in‑person service to members, handling requests ranging from restaurant reservations to bespoke travel itineraries.
• Research, curate, and present tailored proposals for events, limited‑edition items, and once‑in‑a‑lifetime experiences.
• Liaise with external suppliers, vendors, and partners on behalf of members to secure bookings and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date member records within the company’s CRM system.
• Represent Quintessentially at networking events and industry gatherings.
• Achieve individual and team performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, luxury brands, executive assistance, or servicing ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem‑solving abilities and a proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and adapt to flexible shift patterns, including afternoons and weekends.
