Life Insurance Consultant

About the role

Alpha is seeking a full‑time Life Insurance Consultant to join its team in Zalqa. The position follows a hybrid work model, combining office days with outdoor client meetings. You will help individuals, families, and businesses protect their financial future by recommending appropriate life insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients and introduce Alpha’s life insurance products.
• Assess client needs, prepare personalized proposals, and customize insurance packages.
• Explain policy terms and benefits in clear, understandable language.
• Support clients through the application, underwriting, and claims processes.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, manage a client portfolio, and ensure high retention rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product updates, training, and compliance.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and local market outreach.

Required profile

• Age preferably between 25 and 45 years.
• Minimum secondary education (high school graduate).
• Own a car for client visits.
• Previous sales experience or similar roles is a plus.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented, with excellent communication skills.
