About the role

We are looking for a motivated Life Insurance Advisor to join our team in Beirut (with coverage for Jbeil) on a full‑time basis. The role combines a stable monthly income with a performance‑based commission, allowing you to grow your earnings while helping clients secure their financial future.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and comprehensive needs assessments.
• Prepare tailored insurance and financial proposals for life, health, personal accident, and retirement products.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Stay informed on market trends, policy updates, and new financial solutions.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of post‑graduation experience in insurance, sales, or financial services.
• Strong client relationship management and communication abilities.
• Organizational skills to handle a diverse client portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic; French proficiency is a plus.
