Lab Technician – Quality Assurance

About the role

Berdawni Natural Mineral Water is seeking a Lab Technician to join its quality laboratory in Zahle. The successful candidate will ensure that all laboratory practices meet the company’s high standards for safety, accuracy, and compliance with ISO 22000.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily microbiological tests on water samples from various points.
• Conduct physic‑chemical analyses according to the company’s sampling plan.
• Inspect employee hygiene and carry out swab tests.
• Document all test results and maintain laboratory records.
• Read and interpret microbiological results.
• Follow ISO 22000 procedures and report findings to the Quality Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related laboratory field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Lab Technician in the beverage industry.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
