Junior Remote Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Kayrouz & Associates, a UAE‑based law firm, is looking for a full‑time Remote Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its team from Beirut. You will support local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, providing practical, business‑oriented advice.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate documents and transaction agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate structures, M&A, joint ventures and governance issues.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments in the UAE and internationally.
• Prepare legal opinions and support cross‑border transactions.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent (LLM or corporate law qualifications a plus).
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including UAE and international regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills across multiple matters.
• Familiarity with cross‑border transactions and multinational clients is desirable.
