Junior Marketing Project Manager

About the role

Base, a boutique branding and content agency in Beirut, is looking for a Junior Marketing Project Manager to join its team in Hazmieh. The role is highly operational, focusing on coordinating projects from briefing to final delivery across multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and follow up on project timelines for all assigned accounts.
• Coordinate tasks between account managers, designers, content producers, editors, strategists, and external suppliers.
• Ensure briefs are complete, track client feedback, and manage approvals.
• Support planning and organization of content shoots, including schedules, moodboards, and post‑production timelines.
• Maintain clear project trackers, flag delays, and keep communication flowing between creative, content, account, and production teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in project management, account coordination, operations, or marketing.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work in a fast‑paced creative agency environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
