About the role
An international boutique law firm based in Beirut offers comprehensive legal advice and representation across corporate, criminal, intellectual property, real estate, labor and litigation matters, including contract drafting and company incorporation. It is hiring a full-time Junior Lawyer who works on site in Beirut.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and prepare contracts and legal documentation.
- Support client consultations and represent the firm in meetings.
- Aid in litigation cases and work closely with senior legal professionals.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Bar admission in Lebanon.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Legal research and analysis.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Familiarity with corporate law, intellectual property law, real estate law and litigation.
