Junior Catering Operations Assistant (F&B)

About the role

La Mie Dorée is looking for a Junior Catering Operations Assistant to join its Central Production Unit in Syoufi. This is a junior position for candidates with 2+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry who want to grow in catering operations. You will support the daily coordination of catering orders, dispatches, inventory and administrative tasks, working closely with production, stores, drivers and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily catering orders, dispatches and deliveries.
• Perform data entry and maintain operational records, schedules and reports.
• Support inventory tracking, equipment movement and stock records.
• Prepare dispatch documents, requisitions and operational paperwork.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, pastry, stores, drivers and operations teams.
• Follow up on daily catering activities and help the team during busy periods and events.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience only in restaurants, catering companies, hotels, bakeries, cafés or central kitchens.
• Previous experience in operations, dispatching, inventory, storekeeping or administration within the F&B industry.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• TS, BT or a relevant degree.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
