Investment Associate – Beirut or Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Associate to join our investment team, operating from either Beirut or Dubai. The role offers exposure to a diversified portfolio, encompassing both public and private investment opportunities, and involves comprehensive due‑diligence and portfolio oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investment and commercial due diligence on prospective opportunities.
• Analyze public and private investment targets, including financial models and valuations.
• Monitor portfolio company and fund performance, preparing regular updates and dashboards.
• Prepare investment reports, performance updates, and management presentations.
• Support the creation of investment committee memoranda.
• Coordinate with fund managers, portfolio companies, advisers, and other counterparties.
• Identify portfolio risks, performance drivers, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, asset management, consulting, or a family office.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess investments independently.
• Proven experience in monitoring investment portfolios and producing high‑quality reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Practical, organized, and highly accountable working style.
