About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as an Inventory Manager. The role involves managing and overseeing our stock levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing costs. The key purpose is to effectively manage inventory to meet business needs, including tracking movements, conducting audits, and optimizing stock levels. The position is based in Mozambique.
Key responsibilities
- Tracking inventory movements and providing regular reports
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Optimizing stock levels to reduce costs
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure inventory needs are met
- Utilizing inventory management software to streamline processes
Required profile
- Strong analytical skills for assessing inventory data
- High level of attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and other departments
- Experience in inventory management
- Experience in inventory auditing
- Experience in stock optimization
