Insurance Sales Consultant

About the role

Securite Assurance is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its team in Sinn Al Fil. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients, understand their insurance needs, and propose tailored solutions that align with the company’s extensive product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face consultations to assess client insurance requirements.
• Prepare, present, and explain quotations and policy options.
• Manage the onboarding process for new policies, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, handle renewals, and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues promptly.
• Track sales activities and contribute to individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial‑services sales is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sinn Al Fil and manage a client portfolio in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or sales‑support tools.
