Insurance Consultant – Hybrid (Beirut)

About the role

SNA Lebanon is looking for a full‑time Insurance Consultant to join its Beirut team. The position is hybrid, offering flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a strong on‑site presence. You will guide clients through the selection of life, property, casualty, and health insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive follow‑up and support.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current insurance policies, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or a client‑facing role.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Previous experience in insurance or related financial services is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic; French knowledge is a plus.
