Insurance Agent Advisor

About the role

The Insurance Agent Advisor works full‑time on‑site in Beirut, helping individuals and businesses choose the right insurance coverage. You will meet clients, assess their needs, and create personalized proposals while supporting the company’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Assess client requirements and explain policy options.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals.
• Manage client portfolios, process applications and coordinate with insurance providers.
• Ensure timely renewals, follow‑ups and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and support lead generation activities.

Required profile

• Strong skills in insurance sales and advising clients.
• Experience or familiarity with insurance brokerage practices.
• Foundational knowledge of finance to explain premiums and coverage limits.
• Excellent customer service, active listening and clear communication.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple cases.
• Comfortable using office software and digital tools for client management.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Experience using digital client‑management and reporting tools.
