Insurance Advisor

About the role

A growing insurance advisory firm based in Beirut is hiring a full-time, on-site Insurance Advisor. The advisor meets with clients to assess their insurance needs, review existing policies and recommend suitable coverage. The company supports individuals and businesses in managing risk and protecting their assets, and values professionalism, ethics and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and review existing policies
• Explain insurance products and terms, prepare quotations and process applications
• Follow up on renewals and policy changes
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance providers
• Maintain accurate client records and respond promptly to client inquiries
• Stay informed about market trends and regulations and help achieve sales and service targets

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in insurance and finance, able to analyse coverage options and financial implications
• Background in consulting, including assessing client needs and offering tailored advice
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Beirut and handle several client cases in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services or advisory roles is an advantage

• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain complex information clearly
• Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Proficiency with office software and insurance management tools
