HVAC Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, commission, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems across its facilities in Nigeria. The role demands a strong focus on safety, efficiency and compliance with manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission air‑conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC assets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Inspect systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Service split units, central air‑conditioning systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and refrigeration units.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities and spare parts usage.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
