HR & Finance Manager – International Mobile Staff

About the role

MSF is seeking a Project Finance & HR Manager to join its International Mobile Staff pool. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing HR, administration and financial activities for projects in challenging environments such as Haiti, Chad and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate, analyse and monitor HR and financial operational needs and budgets in close collaboration with the Project, HR and Finance Coordinators.
• Plan, supervise and ensure implementation of recruitment, training, induction, evaluation and development processes for project staff.
• Support line managers to improve staff capabilities and contribution to mission goals.
• Propose corrective actions to align resource allocation with funding contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR and finance management within humanitarian or non‑profit projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with limited resources.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in remote locations for 6‑12 month assignments.
• Fluency in French and English.
