House Manager for Ultra‑High Net‑Worth Private Residence

About the role

We are looking for an experienced House Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of an ultra‑high‑net‑worth private residence in Dubai. The role combines luxury hospitality expertise with discreet, personalized service for the family and their guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all household functions including housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, security, drivers, chefs and other domestic staff.
• Develop and enforce luxury service standards, ensuring the residence is always presented at the highest level.
• Recruit, onboard, train and schedule household employees, fostering a culture of professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate VIP visits, family gatherings, private events and special occasions, managing dining service, table settings and catering.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and monitor service quality for maintenance, supplies and luxury goods.
• Control household budgets, procure supplies, maintain accurate inventory records and monitor expenses.
• Arrange travel itineraries, special requests and lifestyle support, preparing the residence before and after travel.
• Uphold strict confidentiality, comply with local regulations and handle sensitive matters with sound judgment.

Required profile

• Extensive background in 5‑star hotel, luxury resort or high‑end food & beverage operations.
• Proven experience managing private households for ultra‑high‑net‑worth families is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work live‑in with a six‑day work week, demonstrating discretion and professionalism.
