Hospitality Business Development Specialist – Hotel Partnerships & JV

About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a remote Hospitality Business Development Specialist to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of hotel joint‑venture and partnership opportunities. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify high‑value deals that support the company’s growth across the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure hotel joint‑venture and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, operators, and hospitality brands.
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership agreements.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities with legal, finance, and technical teams.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare commercial recommendations.
• Manage transactions from initial discussions through successful deal closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hotel development, hospitality investments, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of successfully closing hotel joint‑venture or partnership deals.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding of hospitality investments.
• Existing network within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
