Home-Based Child Development Trainer (Autism)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate to work one‑on‑one with a child on the autism spectrum in a home setting. You will implement an individualized intervention program designed by a multidisciplinary clinical team and help families integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured home sessions following an ABA‑based plan that incorporates speech and occupational therapy goals.
• Collect and record daily session data, monitoring progress and adjusting activities as needed.
• Coordinate regularly with the supervising clinic team—including BCBA, speech therapist, and OT—through meetings and reports.
• Coach parents to reinforce learned skills during everyday activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Psychomotor Therapy, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Practicum or volunteer experience working with autistic children.
• Completed 40‑hour ABA training or willingness to complete it with provided support.
• Reliability, consistency, and openness to supervision and feedback.
• Ability to commute to West Bekaa (transport allowance provided).
