Head of Creative (Organic Content & Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced creative leader to head our organic content and social media efforts. You will combine strong creative vision with data‑driven insights to produce compelling brand stories that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the agency’s creative department, covering copy, design, video, and content.
• Set and continuously improve creative standards across all client work and funnel stages.
• Provide creative direction for campaigns, thought‑leadership pieces, and social‑media content.
• Ensure all output aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and agency quality standards.
• Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement through coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
• Partner with Operations and Traffic Management to allocate resources, balance workloads, and address capacity challenges.
• Refine creative workflows, documentation, templates, and SOPs to maintain high quality and meet deadlines.
• Own creative performance by monitoring engagement, reach, audience growth and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Strategy teams to align creative decisions with audience insights and business goals.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading high‑performing creative teams in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Strong understanding of how design, video, and content work together to tell brand stories.
• Data‑oriented mindset, comfortable using performance metrics to guide creative decisions.
• Passion for coaching, raising quality standards, and fostering an environment where creativity thrives.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution.
