Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand‑generation engine across EMEA, GCC, the UK and North America. Reporting to the Founder/CRO, you will be responsible for delivering qualified pipeline that directly influences revenue and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel lead generation campaigns that generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
• Drive inbound marketing strategies and manage account‑based marketing programs for enterprise prospects.
• Own and optimize the intent‑data platform (Demandbase) to identify in‑market accounts and prioritize outreach.
• Analyze intent signals, build scoring models, and translate insights into actionable GTM campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure timely engagement with buying committees.
• Manage LinkedIn advertising, Google Search and Display campaigns, and optimize landing pages and website conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain AI‑driven agents for LinkedIn and email outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand generation and account‑based marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into pipeline and revenue.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, SDR and product teams.
• Experience with AI‑enabled marketing tools and intent‑data platforms.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to thrive in a remote environment.
