Growth Marketing Manager – Demand Generation

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven, data‑focused Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand‑generation engine across EMEA, GCC, the UK and North America. This role directly influences pipeline, revenue and sales performance by delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel lead‑generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Search & Display, email, landing pages).
• Develop and run account‑based marketing programs for enterprise prospects.
• Manage intent‑data platform (Demandbase) to identify in‑market accounts, build scoring models and feed actionable insights to sales.
• Optimize AI agents for LinkedIn and email outreach and ensure seamless integration with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Monitor conversion rates across the funnel, report on pipeline influence and continuously refine targeting criteria.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demand generation, ABM and performance‑based digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into revenue‑driving strategies.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously in a remote environment.
