Growth Associate

About the role

Numu is looking for a Growth Associate to support the optimisation of clients' online delivery channels. This full‑time remote position will focus on monitoring performance, identifying trends and anomalies, and turning data into actionable insights that boost revenue and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse performance metrics across multiple delivery platforms.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities, and surface insights for clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to refine menu strategies and support campaign execution.
• Ensure AI‑generated recommendations are implemented effectively.
• Maintain high data quality, document processes and create performance reports.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to address issues and share updates.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with online marketplaces, preferably in food delivery, retail or e‑commerce.
• Comfortable using technology and AI‑driven tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple accounts remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in growth, operations, consulting or account management is a plus, especially in the GCC/Middle East.
