Graphic Designer – Packaging & Brand Specialist

About the role

Innovapack is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on packaging and brand identity. You will translate client concepts into print‑ready artwork for flexible packaging, ensuring the designs stand out on shelves across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine artwork proofs in Adobe Illustrator, guaranteeing press‑ready quality.
• Develop and optimise custom artwork templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Design innovative, functional flexible packaging and stand‑up pouches.
• Lead updates to Innovapack’s brand identity across website, marketing materials and digital channels.

Required profile

• University degree or formal studies in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Specialisation in packaging design with knowledge of bleed lines, dielines and safe zones.
• Hands‑on experience with printing processes, material substrates and preparing flawless press‑ready files.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
