About the role

MCI, a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company, is seeking a full‑time Remote Inbound Sales Representative. You will handle incoming customer calls, understand their needs, and guide them through purchasing decisions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales.
• Document interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Customer‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
