Full-Time Remote Call Center Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Full‑Time Remote Call Center Representative to join our fast‑growing team. In this position you will deliver high‑quality customer support, answer inbound inquiries, and make outbound calls to help clients resolve issues and find the right solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in a professional, courteous manner.
• Assist customers with account questions, product information, and general support.
• Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions accurately in company systems.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
• Follow established call procedures and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, active listening, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience is a plus but not required.
