Full-time Psychiatric Nurse – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse to join our on‑site team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering comprehensive mental health nursing care, collaborating closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to support patient recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct mental status examinations and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor symptoms, treatment responses, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Administer medications safely and provide psycho‑education to patients and families.
• Participate in crisis intervention and de‑escalation when required.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Nursing.
• Valid nursing license/registration in Lebanon; additional psychiatric certification is a plus.
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings, preferably with adult and/or adolescent populations.
• Strong communication, trauma‑informed, and person‑centered care approach.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial.
