French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering professional, clear, and friendly assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support through voice calls and live chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and ensure successful resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain high data quality.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems.
