Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – SaaS & AI/LLM

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, entrepreneurial Fractional CTO to lead the technical vision of our next‑generation SaaS platform that leverages AI and Large Language Models. The role is ideal for a senior technology leader who can take a product from concept through rapid prototyping to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect the product’s technical foundation.
• Build and deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Lead integration and experimentation with AI/LLM technologies.
• Drive rapid prototyping to move ideas to working product quickly.
• Ensure scalability and robustness of the product architecture.
• Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in a senior leadership role such as CTO or Lead Engineer.
• Strong hands‑on coding ability, preferably full‑stack.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration.
• Expertise in SaaS architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a lean, agile startup environment.
