About the role
As a Food & Beverage Associate you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and maintain a clean, organized dining environment while working closely with the kitchen and fellow team members.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take orders, answer questions, make menu recommendations and relay orders to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages according to presentation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, set up tables and clear dishes.
- Collaborate with kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service coordination.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Follow hygiene, health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
