Financial Education Training Expert

About the role

Fondazione MICRA is seeking a Financial Education Training Expert to support the CARE project in the Beqaa and Mount Lebanon governorates. The role involves developing and delivering training modules on financial inclusion, ESG, and sustainable agribusiness practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating financial education training modules for small producers across different regions.
• Translate training materials from English to Arabic.
• Coordinate with thematic experts and support the planning and reporting of training activities.
• Conduct at least one training module on financial education and ESG topics.
• Interact regularly with local financial institutions and stakeholders to facilitate project objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, management, agroeconomics, rural development, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in development cooperation projects.
• Understanding of financial inclusion dynamics in Lebanon and rural finance for entrepreneurship.
• Presence in the Beqaa region at least 75% of the time, with occasional travel to Beirut.

Required skills

• Experience in developing and delivering training modules.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for translation tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and produce activity reports.
