About the role

Stone Bridge Agency, a licensed financial advisory firm partnered with MetLife, is looking for energetic and client‑focused Financial Advisors. In this role you will combine financial advisory, relationship management, and business development to help individuals, families, and businesses secure their financial future.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Conduct professional financial consultations to assess clients' needs and objectives.
• Present and explain tailored protection, savings, retirement, and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Educate clients on financial planning, wealth protection, and risk management strategies.
• Achieve portfolio growth and business development targets.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Participate in training programs and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relationship‑building and consultative selling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in banking, finance, insurance, sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
