Finance & Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing

About the role

The Finance & Operations Manager will lead the company’s financial and supply‑chain functions, ensuring that production, innovation and cost control are aligned with strategic objectives and food‑industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across production, finance, R&D and supply‑chain teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs to drive productivity, cost control and profitability.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, logistics and vendor management.
• Negotiate supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with food‑safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP and other food‑safety regulations.
• Lead, train and mentor department managers and their teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in finance and operations management.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, supply‑chain processes and R&D operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of food‑safety regulations and production standards.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
