Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will represent AL maestro’s portfolio of energy drinks and premium chocolates across Lebanon. Working directly in the field, you will ensure product visibility, secure prime shelf space, and drive sell‑out at supermarkets, convenience stores and other retail points.

Key responsibilities

• Cover designated routes (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, etc.) to merchandise, stock and rotate 4 energy‑drink SKUs and 6 chocolate SKUs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, supervisors and buyers to obtain primary shelf placement.
• Achieve and exceed sales volume targets for both product categories.
• Maintain zero out‑of‑stock situations, monitor expiration dates and manage stock rotation.
• Set up secondary displays, execute promotional campaigns and ensure correct placement of POS materials.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing and consumer buying habits.
• Submit daily and weekly sales, out‑of‑stock and market feedback reports through the company system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or retail merchandising, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with retail decision‑makers.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to travel across the assigned territory and manage multiple accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using reporting systems for daily and weekly data entry.
