Factory Manager

About the role

Mandalian, a high‑end jewelry manufacturing workshop, is seeking a full‑time Factory Manager to lead its production floor in Burj Hammoud. The role focuses on driving efficiency, maintaining the highest quality standards, and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans to meet demand and delivery schedules.
• Oversee manufacturing processes, monitor workflow, and optimise operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality‑control measures.
• Lead and coach a diverse production team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Continuously improve processes to reduce waste and increase productivity.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in production planning and production management.
• Proven experience in quality control and maintaining high product standards.
• Solid knowledge of operations management and manufacturing operations.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Burj Hammoud and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business management or a related field.
• Experience in the jewelry manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and workplace safety guidelines.
