External Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior External Auditor to join our audit team. In this role you will support the development of audit documentation, policies and procedures while analysing financial data and producing comprehensive audit reports.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain audit documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Analyse financial data and create detailed audit reports.
• Design and implement internal control policies, job descriptions, and competency frameworks based on best practices.
• Produce reports that highlight issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Identify business process risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop testing methodologies to assess the adequacy of controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in external audit and consulting.
• ACCA and/or CPA certification is a strong advantage.
