About the role
Bokja is looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant & Operations Coordinator to manage core accounting tasks while supporting logistics, HR administration, and inventory control. The role sits at the intersection of finance and operations in a fast‑paced creative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in SAP Business One.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and petty‑cash reconciliation.
- Execute monthly closing procedures and prepare timely financial reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors for VAT, salary tax, and income‑tax audits.
- Track employee attendance, holidays, and annual leave.
- Handle local and international shipping operations, including import/export documentation.
- Follow up with freight forwarders to ensure on‑time deliveries and customs compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting and operations role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and import/export procedures.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP Business One (mandatory).
