Executive Resume Writer

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Resume Writer to join our remote recruitment enablement team. In this role you will help experienced professionals transform their career histories into compelling, industry-specific CVs that stand out to recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Write impactful CV bullet points by assessing clients’ experiences, responsibilities, and achievements.
• Conduct deep-dive research on clients’ industries, roles, and accomplishments to ensure accurate and relevant content.
• Edit and proofread bullet points for clarity, conciseness, and professionalism.
• Maintain perfect grammar, punctuation, and structure across all CVs.
• Adapt tone, style, and structure to match target industries, roles, and client preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve CV creation processes.
• Gather client feedback and make iterative improvements to their CVs.
• Create eye-catching, tailored summaries that highlight core competencies and unique value propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years professional writing experience, preferably in CV writing.
• Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with career coaching, recruitment, and ATS optimization.
• Broad knowledge across multiple industries and ability to quickly learn new fields.
• Strong attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and overall structure.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
