Executive Assistant Internship (Paid, Hybrid)

About the role

Sbeih Virtual Assistance (SVA) is a virtual assistance agency offering remote administrative support to clients ranging from solo entrepreneurs to growing companies. It offers a paid Executive Assistant internship in Bchamoun, Lebanon, with a hybrid setup of three days at the office and two days working from home. Interns receive weekly training on tools and skills, support senior leaders with tasks and learn best practices in executive and administrative support before moving into full-time client accounts.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Accounting or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and good at managing time
• Strong work ethic, eager to learn, collaborative and proactive
• Bonus: some experience with social media platforms or content tools

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace are listed as required; the internship also covers Excel, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Kajabi, Teachable and Shopify
