Electrical Technician – Robotics Assembly

About the role

Spexal is an AI and robotics development hub focused on robotics, automation and industrial solutions for clients across Europe and the MENA region. It is looking for Electrical Technicians to support the assembly of robotic systems. The role involves hands-on electrical assembly, including robot component installation, wiring, sensor mounting, testing and general technical execution. It suits technicians and fresh graduates with practical technical skills who want experience in advanced robotics and automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Electrical assembly of robot sub-assemblies
• Installation of motors, sensors, actuators and electrical components
• Wiring and cable routing according to engineering drawings
• Basic electrical connections and panel support
• Assembly support during testing and commissioning
• Troubleshooting and fixing electrical issues
• Maintaining quality and safety standards during assembly
• Supporting engineers and project managers during execution

Required profile

• Technical background in Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field
• Strong hands-on practical skills and ability to use tools and assemble efficiently
• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, team player with a strong work ethic
• Nice to have: experience in robotics, automation or machine assembly; workshop tools and fabrication support; basic PLC, control panel or industrial wiring exposure; previous factory or production experience
