About the role
ASM Group SAL is hiring a Dispatch Team Lead for its Jounieh office. The successful candidate will balance active dispatching duties with team leadership so that field technicians achieve high SLA compliance for U.S. clients. The position is on the PM shift.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch operations, work order scheduling and technician routing.
- Handle dispatch duties actively while guiding and training team members.
- Ensure SLA compliance, monitor ETAs and resolve client escalations promptly.
- Maintain fluent, professional communication with field crews and U.S. client contacts.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dispatching or service coordination role.
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
Required skills
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Experience using CRM platforms or dispatch management software is preferred.
What we offer
- Starting base salary of $1,500 USD per month.
- Performance-based bonuses.
