Director of Performance Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale paid‑acquisition across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, TikTok and emerging channels. Reporting to the CMO, you will drive strategy, experimentation and efficiency while leading a small, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer‑acquisition performance across all paid channels and manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 4‑5 specialists, including marketers, analysts and a developer.
• Design and execute rigorous testing and experimentation programs to improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and lead quality.
• Build scalable reporting, attribution and measurement frameworks.
• Partner with Creative, Data, Product and Engineering to unlock growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, ad‑tech innovations and industry best practices.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities, work with developers to design and deploy AI‑powered workflows that reduce manual effort and boost performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience.
• Experience managing at least $5M + in annual paid‑media spend.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube and TikTok paid ads.
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, conversion measurement and marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and commercial judgment.
• Curiosity, intellectual rigor and a bias toward action.
