Director of Operations & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a strategic leader who will decide which growth initiatives to pursue and build the infrastructure to execute them. As Director of Operations & Growth you will shape the operating system of an Amazon‑focused agency, turning ideas into repeatable, revenue‑generating processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end brand growth engine: design acquisition funnels, test channels, and manage the pipeline from first contact to signed client.
• Design and implement AI‑powered systems, workflows, SOPs, dashboards and automation stacks that replace manual work.
• Lead marketing initiatives: prototype new channels, manage vendors/freelancers, launch campaigns and report performance.
• Elevate the company and CEO’s visibility across Amazon‑relevant platforms by building repeatable content and distribution systems.

Required profile

• Senior operations experience in a digital‑marketing or agency environment, with a track record of building lasting processes and automations.
• Daily hands‑on use of AI tools and the ability to create functional agents, workflows, and production‑grade automations.
• Strategic thinker who independently researches problems and presents multiple well‑reasoned options.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing cross‑functional teams, and driving outcomes without micromanagement.
