Director of Front Office

About the role

Le Vendôme Beirut, an iconic luxury hotel, is seeking a visionary Director of Front Office to lead all front‑of‑house functions. You will be responsible for delivering seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure while upholding the brand’s legacy of elegance and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, Bell Desk, Spa and Duty Management.
• Ensure a flawless guest journey, maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, operational efficiency and guest loyalty.
• Monitor daily operations, room inventory, occupancy and guest feedback to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, Revenue Management and other departments for smooth hotel operations.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts and expenses while meeting financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Analyse operational reports and KPIs to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop the Front Office team, fostering a culture of excellence and guest‑centric service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive Front Office experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in luxury or internationally‑branded hotel environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
